Sweet and Sour Chicken

Mmmmmmm. This is better than take out and how great that you know exactly what is going in the recipe. It's a lot of sugar in the sauce and then lots of cornstarch to coat the chicken but it's so good.

A lot of the comments said that they reduced the amount of sugar successfully but also the chicken needed double the amount of sauce. I agree with both changes. I reduced the sugar to 1/2 cup.
