Broccoli and Cheese Mini Egg Omelets

 

These were made because I had all the ingredients. I froze them for easy breakfasts.

I liked them just fine but I think I like the idea of them more than the actual taste from this particular recipe. I found that these needed a lot of seasoning afterwards to make them taste like something good. They were a bit plain, if you can imagine that with all the cheese and vegetables inside.

Pretty cute little breakfast treats! Mental note: just add more salt and pepper. And maybe some tabasco? Tabasco makes anything good.
